Manufactured Home and FHA Compliance
Inspections New residential construction (Manufactured or Site
built) that might be or will be financed under an FHA or VA loan must meet HUD's
Minimal Property Standards for Housing, 4910.1. These are basic standards as set
by HUD for single family homes. Foundation certification is required by FHA and
VA every time a manufactured home is sold, new or old.
